Chad Bolinske
Chad Bolinske is a partner in Bolinske & Bolinske, PLLC. He concentrates his practice in bankruptcy law. Chad is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). These organizations allow him to stay current on all the new developments affecting bankruptcy law and practice.
During his early career Bolinske represented some of the largest creditors in the United States including Citibank, HSBC, Discover, and Target. His experience representing creditors gives him a unique perspective for clients, since he is aware of the process creditors use to collect debts. Bolinske also clerked for the United States Attorney representing the U.S. Government in criminal and civil litigation.
Chad graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree and the University of North Dakota graduating with a Bachelor of Science. He is currently licensed to practice law in all Illinois state courts, and the Northern District of Illinois bankruptcy court.
